The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Johannesburg. The Director will oversee strategic planning, execution, and performance across key business functions, ensuring alignment with Premium Dynamics’ vision for AI-enabled financial services. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, defining and tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and driving growth initiatives related to FinServ AI adoption and client success. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to support market expansion, strengthen client relationships, and maintain regulatory and compliance standards. The Director will also represent the organization in executive-level client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience directing cross-functional teams and developing talent.
Strategic planning and business operations skills, such as setting long-term objectives, managing budgets, and optimizing processes.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or AI-driven products, with a solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and customer experience in regulated industries.
Stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial.
Proven track record in driving growth, overseeing successful product or service implementations, and managing organizational change.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment and collaborating on-site with teams in Johannesburg.
