· To ensure healthy & profitable award of Projects as per Company Objectives & Targets.

· Continually identify, build and develop new Client business and maintain relationships with existing Clients.​

· Delivers presentations to Clients introduce Company capabilities and value propositions in delivering complex projects.

· Builds up a pipeline of projects under Bid and follows through on those which are closer to signing off.

· Provides expertise and direction for the day to day management of Bid Packages.​ Provides Client specific opportunity assessment, market evaluation, market research, financial evaluation, and other marketing needs required throughout the proposal preparation and delivery process.​

· Demonstrates positively Company’s Mission, Vision, Value Statements, Reputation, Code of Ethics, Standards, Policies and Procedures in the marketplace.

· ​Conceptualize, document and implement work winning strategies for the business and which is also consistent with the broad Organizational Strategy and pursue it.

· Keep in touch with the industry best practices, specially with reference to advancement in building technology.

· Identify the right partners for JV and strategic tie-ups at the bid stage
