Requirements

Experience and an understanding of the insurance market and insurance products in the UAE.
Have at least 5 years’ experience in a sales or in a business development position.
Hold a qualification in Insurance Management Institute (PMI) or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) (desired but not essential)
Be able to speak and write in English fluently.
Have existing relationships with key contacts in the insurance industry and/or be able to quickly build new relationships.
A desire to go Above & Beyond in everything you do.
Have excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

Accountabilities

Using your knowledge of our ‘embedded’ insurance products to identify opportunities for other businesses to expand their own value proposition.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange business meetings.
Promote yallacompare’s insurance products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives.
Prepare sales contract/documents ensuring adherance to company rules and IA guidelines.
Managing and retaining relationship with new and existing clients.
Managing records of sales, revenue, invoices and other important data.
Developing ways to improve customer experience by providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.Be willing to lead and take part in other projects where driving car insurance sales and/or revenue is the main objective.

Reports to: CEO (within a matrix structure of product and functional heads)

Remuneration

AED 20k per month fixed salary
2.5% of revenue as commission (uncapped)
