Job Description:

• Consulting, implementation, and training of end-users utilizing primarily Dynamics NAV /Business

Central

• Business and process analysis

• Documenting as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents

• Liaising with developers and clients act as a point of communication

• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics

NAV/Business Central

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business central

modules

• Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.

• Providing onsite and offsite support

• Interact daily with clients and be involved in various short- and long-term client projects to

implement, upgrade, and support D365 BC & NAV.

• Provide support to existing clients

• Map the business scenarios in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / BC

• UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

• Microsoft Dynamics Application Configuration and Setup

Requirements & qualifications:

• B. Com, M.com, MBA Finance, B. E / B. Tech in Information technologies/ Computer Engineering /

Computer Science

• 1-3 years of proven work experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central

• Minimum 3 implementations of Microsoft Dynamics Nav, from a functional perspective, and

experience in BC.

• Strong critical thinking skills, analytical mind, problem-solving capabilities

• High level of initiative and self-reliance

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Immediate joiners or candidates with 1 month of notice period are preferred
