Draftsman (MEP Background) - Dubai

We are looking for a competent Draftsman with proven experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drafting to join our engineering team in Ajman. The successful candidate will produce accurate technical drawings, coordinate with engineering and site teams, and ensure drawing documentation is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed MEP drawings and shop drawings according to project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors and site personnel to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions and design intent.
• Update and revise drawings promptly to reflect design changes or site instructions.
• Maintain organized drawing registers, version control and associated documentation.
• Support installation teams by producing clear, constructible drawings and clarifications when needed.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a closely related technical qualification.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in MEP drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
