Event Lighting Manager - Dubai

We’re hiring an experienced Event Lighting Manager to join our Events team. You will be responsible for creating and operating lighting designs that elevate concerts, corporate functions, and special occasions held at one of the UAE’s premier venues. The role requires a hands-on technician who can lead a small crew, liaise with event organisers, and ensure every show runs safely and smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience: Minimum 3–5 years managing event lighting for live shows and large-scale events.
• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of lighting consoles, programming, and rigging procedures.
• Design & operation: Ability to design, program, and operate lighting systems for concerts and corporate productions.
• Leadership: Capable of supervising technical teams and coordinating with event managers, production crews, and external vendors.
• Compliance: Familiarity with UAE event safety standards and best practices for onsite rigging and electrical safety.
• Flexible & professional: Comfortable working variable hours and event schedules, with attention to detail under pressure.
