Customer Management Officer Required in Dubai

Al Ramz Capital L.L.C is seeking for an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. The incumbent will act as the first point of contact with the clients and the channel through which the clients deal with Al Ramz.

Your role will mainly be to liaise with clients and provide unparalleled client service to both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries from existing and prospective clients and meet all customer requirements in compliance with established policies, procedures and standards.
Respond to concerns and complaints from existing and prospective customers to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution that should be in consonance with prescribed internal and external rules and regulations.
Follow up with existing client on their current portfolios and future requirement.
In coordination with the Business Development Manager, use the various marketing and business development techniques to identify and obtain new clients to meet assigned acquisition and retention targets.
Cooperate and follow the general business plans, methodology, goals and targets of the Department.
Deal directly with the clients on routine account administration.
Open accounts, update client data, request and verify the availability and transfer of funds between the client personnel account and Al Ramz for the purpose of trading.
Act responsibly in identifying customers’ needs and respond by providing a high value customer experience.
Act as the first point of contact for customers and liaise with Brokerage department on customer needs and follow up.
Facilitate appropriate measures to ensure consistent, timely and accurate delivery of services to assigned clients.
Maintain records and logs of customer requirements, communications, changes on accounts and transactions; provide and prepare weekly reports on status of client accounts.

Qualifications:

Mandatory to hold a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
Desirable: Master’s Degree or professional qualifications
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a trading or brokerage institution as a Customer Service Representative or relevant

Competencies/ Skills:

Good financial and stock market trading business knowledge
Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external partners and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness.
Excellent communication skills, both Arabic and English are a must
Strong analytical, innovative, problem solving and interpretative skills.
Highly collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships with clients and multiple teams.
Excellent IT Skills
High level of integrity, ownership and accountability
