Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and building security reference architectures for public, private, and hybrid Cloud based systems.
Identifying, designing, and deploying solutions to secure cloud usage.
Validate solutions to be deployed in cloud and on-premises environments.
Helping clients create and develop enterprise security use cases which align to their Cloud security strategy and security baseline.
Develop standards, choose appropriate technology solutions, and enable complete integration with or migration of clients’ environments.
Identifying, recommending and coordinating training sessions to coach other teams about security-relevant technologies, processes, and tools.

Other responsibilities:
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related G42 Policies and Procedures.
Comply with G42 Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings.
Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through G42 established incident reporting channels.
Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information ad per G42 Policies and Procedures

Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or similar working experience.
Experience across multiple architecture disciplines (such as Application/solution architecture, Technical/Infrastructure architecture, Security Architecture, Information/Data Architecture & Business Architecture)
Knowledge of security infrastructure capabilities, e.g., firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPSs), web application firewalls (WAFs), endpoint protection, SIEM and log management technology.
Broad technical knowledge covering application, data, technology, and security domains in cloud services with experience in designing secure solutions using industry standard tools and techniques.
Experience providing assurance of 3rd party security architecture designs ensuring adherence to agreed policies, standards, and design patterns.
Experience of implementing technical security controls in a variety of projects and organizations with strong knowledge of government and industry data/cyber security legislation, policy, patterns, standards (including but not limited to ISO27001, CSA STAR and NIS Directive).
