Managing Partner held key managerial roles in top tier banks (Deutsche Bank, NBAD) / Deal closer, strong track record in sales, strategic planning and team building
Co-Founder, founded and managed F&B and Catering ventures which she successfully exited / Strong Management & Marketing Skills, Community architect
CEO and Co-Founder managed and exited several ventures. Seasoned tech investor with more than 20 holdings in tech start ups
The management team is supported by an extraordinary advisory board composed amongst others of one of the most powerful influencers in the world, a leading businesswoman and role model based in the region.

The ideal CTO / Chief Technology Officer will have:

Experience in a high growth FinTech with a similar position held
Significant experience in software architecture and personally building digital products from early-stage through to scaling and maturity
Technical skills and be hands on (Software Development / MVP Development)
Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices
Experience in building CRM, micro services architecture, AWS cloud deployment, app building (front and back)
The successful CTO will:

Plan the company's technical and operational implementation, provide comprehensive technical support for the company's development, and ensure that the software development is completed on time and meets the required quality
Manage the company's core technical team and its performances, and ensure that the company's technical team will stick to key products and technologies, and complete the overall platform construction, maintenance, and product development
Research and decide the company's technological development route, plan the company's product technical framework and new product development, and be responsible for the planning, review, and supervision of the research project management process
Manage the cooperation and coordination of various projects, departments, and technical fields
Establish a standardized and efficient technology management system and optimize it, develop, and enhance the company's overall technology development capabilities
Keep keenly aware of new and industry trends and make important planning suggestions for the company's future product and technology development
