The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Objectives of this Role
Take a lead role in launching brick and mortar stores within Dubai and/or The Middle East for new business and to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers
Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new ways for customers to access our products throughout the GCC through resellers/distributors
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, and events
Oversee, grow, and motivate the sales team, track performance, and report metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or management
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
3 - 4 yars' prior industry-related business development experience
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Proven ability to plan and manage resources
