The Position

The position involves working closely with the firm's Directors.

is a highly motivated, organized and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts,
builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, and closes business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions
has at least 3 years’ actual experience of business development
has strong communication skills, and is able to articulate the firm's value propostion
has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire communication cycle from researching a client to securing a deal
Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business leads for business growth
Explore available opportunities with the existing client network
Keep the prospective client database updated and organised
Devise investor reach out plans
Expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of the firms services
Conduct and coordinate client meetings
Conducting basic research into the clients line of business, geographic or industry focus to personalize prospecting efforts
Developing promotional campaigns around major services of the company.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of sales or account management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of financial concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Power-point
Proficient in professional conversational etiquette
Multitasking abilities & good coordination skills
Dynamic and confident with a logical approach
