BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

The company offers Janitorial & House Keeping, MEP & building maintenance services for commercial/residential, public sector schools, malls, and hospitals as well as high-end residential buildings in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
• BDM will be responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide facility management services.
• Responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting suppliers & consultants, and generally opening the door for the company technical teams to develop proposals for work as well as attending industry functions, organizing marketing events.
• Securing and closing new Janitorial & Housekeeping MEP/ Civil and building maintenance contracts in Dubai.
• New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals.
• Job costing, tenders, pricing, and commercial documentation.
• BD Manager is involved in both strategic planning & day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
• A strong understanding of M&E and hard and soft FM services as well as a comprehensive appreciation of the tender process with regards to commercial and public sector procurement are also key attributes you will need to demonstrate.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with min. 3-5 yrs. of sales exp. in UAE
• Proven Sales experience within the Facilities Services industry in UAE
• Solid awareness of HS&E guidelines, asset & space & cost management.
• UAE Driver’s License
