Bike Riders are responsible for safely collecting and delivering packages, food orders, and other items to customers within assigned areas, using company-provided bikes and following planned routes. The role includes verifying delivery details, maintaining timely communication with dispatch, and updating delivery status through mobile applications or handheld devices. Bike Riders are expected to follow all traffic and safety regulations, maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of their bikes, and provide courteous, professional service to customers. The position may involve working in varying weather conditions and requires flexibility in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Qualifications
Strong road awareness and safe driving practices, with experience riding bikes in urban environments.
Basic navigation skills, including the ability to use maps, GPS, or delivery apps to follow routes accurately.
Reliable time management skills to meet delivery schedules and handle multiple orders efficiently.
Customer service skills to interact politely with clients, handle inquiries, and resolve minor issues on the spot.
Physical fitness sufficient for extended periods of riding and handling packages of moderate weight.
Valid bike or motorcycle license as required by local regulations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Ability to understand and follow company policies, safety procedures, and basic instructions in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Previous experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles is beneficial but not mandatory; training may be provided.
