Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Heavy Truck Driver based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home tasks acceptable for planning and reporting. The Heavy Truck Driver will operate heavy trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently between designated locations. Daily responsibilities include vehicle inspection, route planning, loading and unloading assistance, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. The role requires compliance with relevant road safety and transportation regulations, as well as effective communication with dispatchers, clients, and warehouse staff. The Heavy Truck Driver will also support basic administrative tasks such as logging hours, reporting mechanical issues, and coordinating schedules when working remotely.
Qualifications

Valid CDL Class A license and proven experience in heavy truck driving.
Strong truck operation skills, including safe maneuvering, parking, and handling of heavy vehicles.
Experience with unloading procedures and basic cargo handling to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Knowledge of DOT regulations or equivalent transport regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
Clean driving record and strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
Ability to read and follow routes, delivery schedules, and work orders accurately.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting or extended periods of driving.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Basic written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Previous experience in regional or international freight transport is beneficial.
