Barista/Cashier - Dubai

Low Calories is seeking an energetic Barista / Cashier to join our Abu Dhabi café team. This role blends beverage preparation with front-of-house responsibilities, so we want someone who delivers excellent customer service, works well under pressure, and has solid barista experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash/card transactions, and issue receipts accurately.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer product questions and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, equipment and seating spaces; follow hygiene and food-safety procedures.
• Assist with stock rotation, basic inventory checks and restocking of supplies.
• Support the team during busy periods and perform any reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a barista in a café or similar environment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts and able to join immediately.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and maintain speed and accuracy during peak times.
• Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.
