As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Clinic Manager with strong experience in aesthetic clinic management to oversee operations, lead our team, drive revenue performance, and maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aesthetic Clinic Operations

Oversee daily operations of the aesthetic clinic.
Ensure seamless coordination between aesthetic doctors, therapists, nurses, and front desk team.
Optimize appointment scheduling and treatment room utilization.
Monitor aesthetic equipment maintenance (laser devices, skin machines, etc.).
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sterilization, and DHA standards.
Maintain premium clinic ambiance and service flow.
2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise aesthetic therapists, nurses, and administrative staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and KPI tracking.
Manage staff rosters, incentives, and productivity targets.
Ensure high grooming standards and professional presentation.
Foster a positive, motivated, and target-driven team culture.
3. Revenue & Business Performance

Drive monthly and annual revenue targets.
Monitor consultation-to-treatment conversion rates.
Develop strategies to increase average treatment value and package sales.
Oversee billing, payment collections, and financial reporting.
Control operational costs while maximizing profitability.
Analyze KPIs including:
Revenue per therapist
Treatment performance
Patient retention rate
Upselling and cross-selling success
4. Regulatory & Compliance (UAE Healthcare Sector)

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and guidelines.
Maintain valid clinic licenses and professional credentials.
Ensure accurate documentation and patient record management.
Implement strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
Monitor consent forms and treatment documentation standards.
5. Client Experience & Luxury Service Standards

Maintain exceptional patient journey from consultation to follow-up.
Handle VIP clients and patient concerns professionally.
Monitor online reviews and reputation management.
Implement service enhancement initiatives.
Ensure a five-star hospitality approach in all interactions.
6. Marketing & Growth Strategy

Coordinate with marketing team for aesthetic campaigns and promotions.
Support social media presence and brand positioning.
Develop strategies to increase patient acquisition and repeat visits.
Monitor competitor clinics and aesthetic market trends.
Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships where relevant.
7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Submit monthly operational and financial performance reports.
Track KPIs and present growth strategies to management.
Conduct regular business review meetings.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience managing an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic (mandatory).
Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and clinic workflows.
Proven track record in revenue growth and target achievement.
Knowledge of DHA regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
