Accounts Receivable Specialist - Dubai

Genuine Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming payments, billing clients across several service verticals, and maintaining accurate customer account records to support the company’s financial stability and reporting.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Keep bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets current and accurate.
• Review AR balances, prepare routine reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Communicate with clients to request payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and resolve billing disputes.
• Record all incoming payments precisely, including partial payments and credit/overpayments.
• Investigate discrepancies and manage past-due accounts until resolution.
• Reconcile customer accounts and perform monthly reviews to ensure data integrity.
• Update customer contact and payment information and maintain clear audit-ready records.
• Partner with internal teams (finance, accounting, operations) to streamline AR workflows and suggest process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.
