Web and Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

This vacancy is the for the position of Web& Graphic Designer with a solid experience in developing and managing websites, and creating digital marketing content for a local group with core business of Real Estate and Facility Management services. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to work independently, and drive revenue growth through digital content creation and online marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct a general audit of the Group entities to identify how branding, marketing and social media presence of all entities can be centralized and unified.
- Develop professional profiles and content at group, entity and director levels to uniquely position the company’s brand and outlook.
- Develop and manage websites, social media pages for all group entities using latest development platform and tools.
- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
- Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.
- Create flyers, banners, social media images, brochures, other marketing materials etc. to market company’s product and services.
- Design visual imagery for website and social media and ensure they are in line with branding.
- Design sample pages including colors and fonts.
- Edit, write, or design content, and direct others who produce content.
- Create and manage social media pages of the entities and create customized content to promote company’s product and services
- Work with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers, marketing specialists etc. on online marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr etc.
- Work aggressively with departmental managers to implement online marketing and sales strategies.
- Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Centrally develop and manage stationery of assigned entities. (logos, business cards, letterheads etc.)
- Execute Email and Sms marketing campaigns.
- Edit photos / images to the highest quality.
- Create and edit marketing videos for social media marketing.

Essential requirements:
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and other visual design tools.
- Expertise in Image Editing
- UI/UX Knowledge
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and other Ad serving tools
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Experience within the Real Estate and Facility Management industry will be highly preferred.

Compensation:
- Aed 6000/-
- Health Insurance
- Annual Leave as per UAE Labor Law
- Annual Ticket allowance to Home Country
