Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily station operations, staff, and equipment
• Manage and train staff on customer service, safety, and procedures
• Organize shipment arrivals from line haul vehicles
• Oversee parcel sorting and dispatching
• Monitor couriers for proper parcel delivery
• Ensure COD handover to finance on the same day to control financial risk
• Provide real-time delivery feedback and improve customer satisfaction
• Summarize delivery reports and optimize station operations
• Arrange distribution areas, section division, and route optimization
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in courier or logistics
• Graduate degree required
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Must be available in UAE for face-to-face interview
• Proficient in Excel
