We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our service team. You will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience by providing prompt, attentive, and high-quality service.

️ Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Serve meals and beverages to customers

Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or specials

Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally

Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Process bills and take payments using POS systems

Follow health and safety regulations at all times

✅ Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (training provided)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Basic math and cash handling skills
