• Client Assistance: Offer personalized support to clients throughout the booking process, answer inquiries, confirm travel details, and adjust plans as needed.
• Problem Resolution: Manage cancellations, modifications, and other booking-related issues efficiently to minimize disruption for clients.
• Documentation: Keep comprehensive and accurate records of reservations, payments, and communications with clients.
• Supplier Coordination: Work closely with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm reservations, resolve discrepancies, and secure ideal travel arrangements.
• Quality Control: Review and verify that all travel itineraries align with client expectations and comply with necessary policies.

Qualifications:
