Stratify Consulting Group, an Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Legal and Business Advisory firm in the UAE, is expanding its team. We are currently looking for passionate and performance-driven Telesales Executives to join our fast-growing practice.
About the Role -
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, introducing our services to prospective clients and qualifying leads to support our business development efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls every day to leads from our internal database
• Pitch the firm’s services, tailoring messaging to client needs
• Identify and qualify leads and move them into the sales funnel
• Follow up regularly via phone, email or WhatsApp
• Build trust and rapport with potential clients
• Document all interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills
