Technical Support Officer Required in Dubai

Role Purpose:

Providing the necessary technical support to the team, departments and sections of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center in order to develop and improve user experiences and to facilitate the use of innovative digital services, products, platforms and solutions. Also, providing continuous support to ensure the provision of effective digital services, products and solutions free of any potential technical problems to ensure that the goals and expectations of the departments and sections of the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language and the programs and initiatives led by the center are achieved.

Specific Responsibilities:

Contribute to the implementation of strategies and plans to develop innovative digital products and platforms that serve the initiatives and programs led by the departments and teams of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center and serve the achievement of the center's strategic goals and priorities.
Providing technical support to the departments and teams of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center to use and manage digital platforms, applications and products on an ongoing basis to facilitate their use and management in coordination with the concerned Department of Culture and Tourism teams.
Continuously analyze technical support needs and requirements and support the team in conducting technical evaluations of systems, platforms, digital products and technical support services to assist the team in developing and improving services and introducing new technical services and technologies.
Contribute to testing and maintaining platforms and applications, identifying and fixing errors and problems to ensure products and platforms are free from any potential problems in close cooperation with suppliers, external partners, center teams and the competent Department of Culture and Tourism.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience:

Fresh graduate UAE National of minimum of 1 year experience within the same field.
