About the role:
Respond to service requests and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze and diagnose technical problems. Installing and configuring Devices & Sensors as per the project scope of work and timeline. Installation and Maintenance of Application Servers, Database Servers & Cloud Servers. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Work closely with the customers technical team on resolving the reported issues and ability to maintain a cordial relationship
Job Responsibility
• Installing and configuring Devices & Sensors
• Technical Support OS/Networking/Database
• Manage SQL Server databases across all environments
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes
• Monitor the system’s health and performance
• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
• Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement
• Providing customer training
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as Support Engineer
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Database Management
• Strong Command of the English Language
