Hiring Technical Lead/Full-Stack Developer (Code Vetting & Deployment)

About Us
We are a tech-forward recruitment company building a digital platform powered by AI. The platform has been developed using cutting-edge AI coding tools (e.g., Tempolab) and is currently in its final development stages. We are looking for a highly competent technical expert to take the baton and lead the final phase of product launch.
What You'll Do
• Receive and review the entire platform source code (GitHub)
• Vet the codebase for quality, security, and maintainability
• Set up local and production environments for testing and deployment
• Perform end-to-end QA and bug fixes where needed
• Deploy and monitor the platform in a live environment (e.g., AWS, Vercel, etc.)
• Provide technical documentation and post-launch support
What You Bring
• 3–7 years’ experience in full-stack development or DevOps
• Solid skills in GitHub workflows, code audits, testing frameworks
• Comfort with reading and modifying code generated by AI tools (e.g., Python, Node.js, React, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-developer stakeholders
Nice to have: Experience with platforms like Vercel, Netlify, Heroku, or cloud providers like AWS or Azure
