to join our team for the academic year 2025-2026!

Role Description:

The Lead Teacher will be responsible for daily classroom activities, lesson planning, curriculum development, and teaching children in the Foundation stage.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum

• A passion for teaching and learning, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a UAE nursery or school in the foundation/nursery stage

. A signed and stamped experience letter is required, confirming the years of experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or CACHE Level 3 plus a degree or equivalent. ALL CERTIFICATES MUST BE ATTESTED

Compensation Structure:

Salary based on experience—monthly (tax-free) compensation, including base salary and housing allowance, defined by slotting based on duration and quality of experience
Comprehensive medical insurance
UAE resident visa
37 days of paid leave yearly
Working hours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
