Key Position Requirement:

You should ideally be confident, outgoing person with a passion for training and people development.
You must be organized and possess excellent communication skills.
Must have strong administration skills in word, excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in a similar environment an advantage and training experience a must 2-4 years.
You should be committed, enthusiastic, with good communication, interpersonal and people skills, always smiling, good grooming and projects positive attitude at all times.
Able to handle pressure and with a high sense of teamwork.
Should have a very good understanding of the job, able to take decision and responsibility, customer focused, flexible and able to adapt in the hotel operation at all times.
You should motivate- innovated- bold- agile and audacious.
Dubai or Middle East experience would be beneficial.
