Role Description The Tax Consultant – Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves advising clients on tax-related matters, including corporate tax, VAT, and compliance requirements relevant to business setup and ongoing operations in the UAE. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, preparing and reviewing tax documentation, coordinating tax filings, supporting tax audits, and explaining tax implications of different business structures. The Tax Consultant – Sales will also engage in consultative selling, presenting tax and related advisory solutions, preparing proposals, and following up with prospects and existing clients to support revenue growth. Collaboration with internal teams such as banking, finance, and business setup consultants is expected to ensure clients receive integrated, high-quality service.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in tax planning and tax law, with the ability to translate regulations into practical, client-focused solutions.
Hands-on experience in tax compliance and tax preparation, including VAT and corporate tax filings in the UAE or similar jurisdictions.
Exposure to tax audits and related documentation, with the ability to support clients through tax reviews and inquiries.
Solid understanding of UAE business setup, transaction banking, and trade finance concepts is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law, or a related field; professional tax or accounting certifications are an advantage.
Strong sales and client relationship skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and clear communication.
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using CRM or similar tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
