Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Dubai. The role involves supporting the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and sourcing candidates, coordinating the hiring process, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and assisting in employer branding initiatives. The intern will provide administrative support for recruiting efforts, contribute innovative ideas to attract top talent, and maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications

Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring strategies
Knowledge of Employer Branding and the ability to promote organizational culture
Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
Familiarity with Recruiting tools, processes, and platforms
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus but not required
