Staff Nurse Required in Dubai

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Urgent Care team. The role involves providing safe, high-quality nursing care to children presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have PICU or urgent/emergency care experience, strong assessment skills, and a family-centred approach to care. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team while developing expertise in paediatric urgent care.

Responsibilities

Perform rapid triage and nursing assessment of paediatric patients
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care for acute illnesses and minor injuries
Administer medications and treatments accurately, following paediatric protocols
Assist with and perform minor procedures within scope of practice
Monitor patient condition and promptly escalate concerns or deterioration
Provide clear information, reassurance, and education to children and families
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and patient safety policies
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Support service efficiency, quality improvement, and professional standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Valid UAE License or eligibility.
Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certification.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in PICU or urgent/emergency care.
