About the Client:

A premier real estate developer specializing in integrated property development, facilities management, and investment solutions across the Northern Emirates and Dubai.

Job Description:

Manage full-cycle accounting including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle UAE VAT filing and ensure IFRS compliance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (master’s or professional qualification e.g. ACCA preferred)
At least 2 years relevant experience in UAE
Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations
