Sr. Account Executive Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their time and resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns according to customer needs and objectives
Coordinate with all the internal departments and do what it takes to fulfil your clients daily requirements
Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
Present products and solutions to prospective clients and continuously brain storm and pitch new ideas
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and hit the targets set by the management
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Build and maintain client relationships
Track and record metrics throughout sales process, prepare reports on account status
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PPT and Basic computer skills
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
