We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse (Tissue Bank & Organ Donation) to support and coordinate specialized organ and tissue donation services. The role involves donor management, transplantation coordination, clinical leadership, staff education, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, possesses at least 4 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in tissue banking, organ donation, management, or clinical education, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Valid DHA License Holders
Minimum 4 years of nursing experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Tissue Bank/Organ Donation, Clinical Management, or Nursing Education
Strong knowledge of transplantation protocols, donor management, and quality standards
