Purpose of the Job:

The role of Senior IT Executive is to be key point for IT System Development and providing support for existing system including its integrations. Ability to be agile and collaborate with other IT Executives/Logistics members/Stakeholders is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain integration EDI with client’s system on SSIS / WCF / SOAP / REST / Flat Files. Covering general workflow for creating WMS Transactions and other functions as per requirements including development of custom solutions required by clients
Develop features and modules for logistics using ASP.NET, VB.NET, JQuery, HTML5, CSS
Build reports as per requirement for logistics and clients using SSRS and Crystal Reports
Troubleshooting and investigate issues related to system function (SQL Server, IIS, Infor WMS).
Assisting other IT members for technical issues and find solutions related to WMS and System Integrations
Handle meetings with client’s technical team related to Aramex system API integrations
Monitor, assist and provide solutions for IT tickets of assigned members
Provide support and troubleshooting for Scanners, Printers, Web portal related issues, handle network issues with IT Network team

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of Experience in IT System Software Development
Knowledge of Infor WMS would be a considered advantage
Minimum Education of Bachelor Degree on IT Engineering / Computer Science
