We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Executive to join our team in Fujairah, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with F&B experience who are locally available for in-person interviews. The Senior HR Executive will support the Group HR Manager and manage comprehensive HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations such as payroll support, attendance monitoring, and maintaining employee documentation.
• Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
• Lead orientation programs for new hires when needed.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
• Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of HR experience in the F&B or Hospitality sector within the UAE.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office with fast typing skills.
• Experience with HRIS or HRMS systems; knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
