Role

We are looking to place a Senior Graphic Designer / Branding Lead who will provide creative deliverables. The designer will work with the stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and other designers to produce high-end presentations that are aligned with the client’s objectives.

Tasks

Lead and manage a team of junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative branding strategies that align with client objectives.
Take ownership of the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, delegating tasks and managing timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain consistency and integrity of brand identity across all projects and platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and branding.
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment within the design team.

Profile & Background

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and identity design.
Must have a portfolio that showcases a diverse range of branding and design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is a must.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
