Senior Executive Human Resources Required in Dubai

Magnumplus is one of the leading soft facilities management companies in Dubai and we are seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our successful team.The successful candidate will play an instrumental role and will bring its contribution to build a successful Team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

. End-to-end accountability for HR Services to employees

. To provide reports of on-boarding, separation, resident & work permits, promotions, allowances, employee document expiry and exits.

. Responsible for full lifecycle of blue-collar worker

. Conduct on-boarding of new employees i.e induction/medical/EID and transfer formalities

. To announce policy changes on behalf of the HR Department.

. To issue employee certificates i.e NOC , promotion, allowances, memos

. Responsible for employee exit formalities, FFS.

. Responsible for managing end to end HR Operations and provide support to the Head of HR and provide monthly reports of on-boarding, separation, resident & work permits, promotions, allowances, employee document expiry and employee exit.

· Continually assess employee morale by analyzing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness and resignations.

· Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.

· Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs.

· Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.

Required from you for this role:

Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.
Proven experiences at a senior level of leading and inspiring a successful HR team in a people and service focused organization.

Specifically required

4+ years' experience in a senior human resources position.
CIPD qualification an advantage
Bachelors degree in human resource management is a strong preference
