Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in our offices in Ajman, Fijairah and Ras Al Khaimah. The Senior Accountant will manage financial reporting, prepare budgets, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and perform cost analysis. Responsibilities also include maintaining general ledger accounts, conducting bank reconciliations, and supporting audits. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams and supervision of junior accounting staff to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Financial reporting, budgeting, and management accounting expertise
Proficiency in maintaining general ledger accounts & conducting reconciliation
Knowledge of international accounting standards and compliance requirements
Experience with financial analysis, cost control, and taxation
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with project-based accounting is advantageous
