Senior Accountant Required in Dubai

Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accurate financial reporting and support the financial health and growth of the organization. You will have the opportunity to work on accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and various accounting tasks that directly impact the company's success. Accountabilities

Process accounts payable and communicate with vendors as necessary.
Reconcile bank accounts weekly to ensure accuracy.
Maintain monthly general ledger entries for all financial transactions.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, verifying all entries.
Collaborate with the Manager of Accounting to analyze variances.
Assist with ad hoc projects to support the finance team.
Manage filing and remitting of end-of-year 1099 forms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Proven proficiency in accounting software (SAGE) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
