Secretary / Executive Assistant - Dubai
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Secretary / Executive Assistant (Female – Filipino nationality preferred) to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
• Act as the first point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital records.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
• Track progress on pending projects, tasks, and deadlines.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for the CEO.
Requirements
• Female candidate – Filipino nationality preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline (preferred).
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (additional languages are an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Professional demeanour with the ability to work under pressure.
