Sales Operations & Registration Supervisor/Manager - Dubai

A growing real estate developer in Dubai, 7th Key Real Estate Development is building a team to manage end-to-end sales operations and ensure compliance across registrations and handovers. The business values accuracy, regulatory compliance, and an excellent buyer experience.
Role Summary:
You will lead the Sales Operations & Registration function, managing Oqood and REST registrations and ensuring every sale is processed correctly against DLD/RERA rules. This role combines people management, process ownership, and hands-on administration to keep transactions moving smoothly from contract to registration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Oqood & REST registrations end-to-end, coordinating submissions and follow-ups with DLD/RERA where required.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department and RERA procedures for all sales documentation and registrations.
• Oversee documentation and record-keeping, making sure contracts, title documents, and registration files are accurate and audit-ready.
• Support commission processing by validating sales paperwork and liaising with finance for timely payouts.
• Supervise and coach the sales operations/registration team, assigning tasks and reviewing work for quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate across departments (sales, legal, finance, operations) to resolve issues and streamline handovers to clients.
• Identify process improvements to reduce delays, improve accuracy, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oqood/REST operations or real estate sales administration.
• Strong working knowledge of DLD & RERA processes and practical experience handling registrations in Dubai.
• Proven team supervision skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
