Job Summary:

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires proactive engagement with corporate clients, effective sales planning, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

➤ Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.

➤ Execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.

➤ Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.

➤ Maintain and regularly update the client database and track sales performance.

➤ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

➤ Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

➤ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

➤ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

➤ Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (we welcome ambitious fresh graduates eager to build a career in sales)

➤ Candidates with experience in the banking sector (Sales Officer / Relationship Officer) are preferred.

➤ UAE driving license is mandatory.

➤ Immediate joiners preferred.

➤ Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

➤ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

➤ Good analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

➤ Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.

➤ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
