Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals to achieve successful transactions. The Real Estate Salesperson will also provide exceptional customer service, stay up-to-date with local market trends, and build strong relationships with clients to address their real estate needs effectively.

Qualifications

Client-facing skills including Customer Service and strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
Valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local Real Property laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Real Estate marketing and Sales strategies.
Goal-oriented with proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
