Sales Manager Required in Dubai
We are seeking a highly motivated Lighting Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales of lighting products and solutions to clients. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, generate new business, and work with our lighting design and engineering teams to provide solutions that meet the unique needs of each project.

About the Role
Responsible for sales and marketing of outdoor and architectural lighting products for potential projects in the UAE and Middle East.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
To develop new customers and maintain relations with existing customers. Managing and expanding the existing sales network
Expanding and retaining key contacts within regionally reputable lighting designers and contractors.
Visit clients, consultants, architects, developers, contractors to prospect new leads.
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Product and concept presentations to architects, lighting designers, engineers and interior designers involved in specifying high-performance/high-quality architectural and façade lighting
Reporting of marketplace movements including product opportunities and competitor activity to the management team
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
Strong knowledge of lighting products, design, technical drawings, technologies, and applications, especially in commercial and industrial settings
Should have strong work experience with at least 2-3 years as a Sales Representative in the lighting industry for projects.
Should have solid knowledge about UAE and Middle East Market
· UAE Driving license
Ability to understand lighting layouts, AutoCAD and Dialux
Well organized person who is capable to follow up projects and deadlines
Outstanding communication, time management, planning and presentation skills
Outgoing, dynamic and proactive sales person
