Sales Executive Required in Dubai

We are seeking a *proactive Sales Executive* to drive business growth by identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales for our automotive care products and services.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Business Development*: Identify and contact potential clients including garages, fleet operators, and retail customers to drive business growth
*Client Relationship*: Maintain strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop repeat business
*Sales Targets*: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management
*Team Collaboration*: Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company sales goals
*Brand Representation*: Represent the company and its products/services in a professional manner during client visits and events
*Documentation*: Ensure timely completion of booking forms, invoicing, quotations, and delivery documentation
*Market Intelligence*: Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends in the UAE autocare segment

*Key Requirements*

*Experience*: 1+ years in sales. *Automotive/Autocare experience is a plus*
*Skills*: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
*Track Record*: Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow client base
*Knowledge*: Understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and B2B/B2C sales cycles
*Personality*: Customer service orientation with ability to build rapport quickly
*Work Style*: Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
*Language*: *Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory*
*Preference*: Arab candidate preferred
*Other*: UAE driving license preferred. Should have own visa or visit visa
