Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Engineer role at McKleenz® located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers and prospects, providing technical support, and creating sales proposals for commercial and residential FM services. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience in the facility services industry is a plus

The following skills and qualifications are also beneficial:

Experience with CRM software
Ability to work independently and remotely
Understanding of construction and building systems
Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
