We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with prior experience in universities, colleges, or educational institutions to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, experience handling student or client interactions, and the ability to support admissions, sales, and business development activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Coordinate sales and student/client enquiry activities

✔ Follow up on leads, applications, and admissions processes

✔ Support business development and student recruitment initiatives

✔ Maintain databases, reports, and CRM records

✔ Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

✔ Assist in organizing events, seminars, and promotional activities

✔ Ensure timely communication and excellent client/student experience

✅ Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, admissions, or student recruitment

• Prior experience in universities, colleges, educational institutions, or training institutes preferred

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively

• UAE experience will be an added advantage
