Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Coordinator to further expand our portfolio of projects in UAE. The Sales Coordinator is responsible to manage all the coordination between Clients and Company. The Sales Coordinator is to help expand our ranks of valued clientele. This role will be responsible for assessing business leads, identifying potential projects and handling the entire project cycle from proposal stage to installation.

Job Role

Coordinate and oversee the flow of a company’s services or products to consumers
Generate Sales Leads and creation of Database.
Keep tracking of new exhibitions and events by organizing exhibition calendar, online research, etc…
Sales Cold Calling and Emailing
Coordination with other departments
Knows Proper Quoting, BOQ, Estimation and Pricing
Knowledge about tendering and Proposal Submission
Documentation and Organization Skills
Collecting new exhibition data by visiting or coordination the visits
Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.
help Preparing sales proposals, quotations and other documents
Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or any related course
Experience: 2 years exp. in Exhibitions and Events industries in UAE.
Must have a strong knowledge as Sales Coordinator
Strong experience in Lead Generation and Sales Cold Calling.
Knowledge about materials, specifications and suppliers for purchasing.
experience in the Exhibitions and Events industry is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills
