Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant & Telecaller at Step Right Documents Clearing Services Est located in Dubai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Consultant will also be involved in consulting with clients on immigration matters. The Telecaller will be responsible for make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and ultimately close sales. The Telecaller will be also responsible for handle incoming calls from customers who have inquiries, issues, or require assistance. Telecallers provide information, troubleshoot problems, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Effective communication skills
Experience in the immigration industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
