We are looking for an energetic Sales Admin to join our growing team in Sharjah. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in client interaction, relationship-building, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and engage with CRM systems and prospective clients to build lasting relationships
• Respond to inquiries, provide detailed product insights, and help guide clients toward the right pantry solutions
• Drive sales growth by generating transactions and consistently hitting or surpassing targets
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about products and market trends
• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, ensuring top-tier service and support at every touchpoint
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Experience leading or participating in product and sales training sessions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Zoho CRM, and other relevant tools
• Proven ability to manage sales workflows and achieve targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for nurturing relationships
• Self-driven yet highly collaborative team player
• Prior experience in health, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a definite advantage
